To anyone that Microsoft is even acknowledging my issue. I have re-opened another ticket in regards to this in which I have not been able to speak I had opened a ticket on 2/8 in which the support engineer I spoke with told me that our support doesn’t include Excel and directed me to a page with paid support. Testing: 3 separate computers, 3 separate printers (1 using an enterprise grade Fiery H300 V2.02 Canon server) – using 3 separate Canon printer drivers. I have been working withĬanon Enterprise support with this, and they believe this issue to be with Microsoft. However, when you print entire workbook, the job gets to the printer marked print double sided but does not print double sided. When you print single tabs in MS Excel and mark the job as double sided it prints fine double sided. Positive there is an issue with Microsoft Excel (Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus 1.20130).
